Lurk offers several tiers to fit your needs, from casual monitoring to enterprise-level intelligence. You can view all available plans and their features on our pricing page.

How Billing Works

We use Stripe, a secure and industry-leading payment processor, to handle all billing and subscription management. This means we do not store any of your sensitive credit card information on our servers.

When you're ready to subscribe or need to make changes to your payment method, you'll be interacting with a secure Stripe-powered portal.

Managing Your Subscription

You have full control over your subscription. From the main dashboard, you can:

• Upgrade or Downgrade Your Plan: Navigate to the "View Pricing" section in your account menu to select a new plan.
• Manage Billing Information: Click on "Manage Subscription" from your account menu to open the billing portal. Here you can update your payment method, view invoices, and see your next billing date.
• Cancel Your Subscription: If you need to cancel, you can do so at any time through the "Manage Subscription" portal.

Changes to your plan will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
