Lurk is designed to bring information to you, wherever you are. You can customize how you receive your lurk summaries and reports.

Dashboard Feed

By default, all your findings are delivered directly to your Lurk Feed on the main dashboard. This is the best place to get a real-time, comprehensive view of everything your lurks have found.

Email Summaries

For your convenience, you can also receive summaries directly to your inbox.

• How it Works: We use the Resend email platform to reliably deliver your reports. You can configure the frequency (e.g., daily, weekly) and the time of day you'd like to receive these emails in your user preferences.
• What's Included: The email will contain highlights from your lurks, including key summaries and links to view the full reports in your Hub.

SMS Notifications (Coming Soon)

We are working on providing SMS notifications for high-priority alerts. Soon, you'll be able to configure alerts to be sent directly to your phone, such as when a lurk detects a significant change in sentiment or a post with exceptionally high engagement. Stay tuned for updates on this feature!
